Anaheim Golf & Sports

Major League Baseball
See the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim take the field during your visit. Some of the greatest players the game has ever known have played for the Angels including Nolan Ryan who launched four no-hitters for the Angels, with a total of 7 in his career. No other major league player has accomplished this incredible feat. Then there's Reggie Jackson - blaster of 563 career home runs. Nowadays watch pitching ace Ervin Santana serve up a spectacular ensemble of strikeouts. See Vladdy Guerrero slug a few dingers out of the park and cheer like you've never cheered in all your days.

Golfing
Anaheim's continuous temperatures in the 70's and minimal rainfall provide the ideal conditions for golf all year long. From bunker-laden embankments to generous fairways, Anaheim golf courses welcome players of all skill levels. For the advanced golfer there's Aliso Viejo Golf Club (designed by Jack Nicklaus), Anaheim Hills Golf Course and Tustin Ranch. For beginners there's the Dad Miller Golf Course (which happens to be where Tiger Woods practiced in high school), San Jose Municipal and Strawberry Farms. Whether your game is less than par or boogie bodacious, it's all good.

Volleyball
Step onto the sand and start hammering spikes all over the place, or merely sit back and observe a competitive game. Along the coast you'll find a vast plethora of beach volleyball spots. Huntington Beach, Long Beach and Laguna Beach are arguably the best spots for play. Some would say that Oxnard is where it's at, but opinions vary. May be you should check them all out. After all, its beach volleyball and that can only mean one thing - good times!
